At Kratomyx, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, because our products are consumable dietary items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than verified damage or error caused by Kratomyx.

Refunds will not be issued for taste preference, opened items, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@kratomyx.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
